Agenda Items for August 9, 2000

The CEO/Decision Maker Meeting is set for 9 August 2000 at 9am Galveston College Room 119.
We will use this meeting to brief the CEO's/decision
makers about our proposed Galveston Community Network. Due to potential
procurement conflicts we want to limit this meeting to public and non profit
organizations. I would like to ask all vendor representatives NOT to attend.

- Background ( Steven Conway )
- Discuss governing organization ( Interlocal agreement? )( Steven Conway )
- Discuss Request For Comment ( Steven Conway )
- Possible sources of funds (TIFB) and partnering with a commercial provider (Steven Conway)

get an invitation sent to all of the CEO/Decision Makers.
Please let me know any other organizations who should be represented. I
would like all of the working group members who can attend from these
organizations to be there.
