Future Meeting topics (vendor demos, etc.) At
the April meeting Gary Anderson demod the improvements to the library system
that we procured with the TIF Grant funding.
We discussed the coordination of the City Fiber project.
Currently the County and City are working on an inter local agreement for
a possible fiber run up Broadway-Jeff is taking the lead on this.

Kiosk Point all Kiosks to server at A&M
- Installing final kiosk-Letter has been sent to Port requesting that we
partner on providing the service
- Training on Concierge the
template system to add info 19 May
- Develop good process for updating content
- UTMB purchase and develop content for kiosks (related but not funded by
TIFF grant) -
Wireless
- Getting TAMUG remote sites up w/ connectivity to Mitchell campus
- Creating connectivity between TAMUG and CG (firewalls, routing lists,
etc.)
- Getting other member remote sites up w/ connectivity to organizations
central sites
- Getting connectivity between all members (firewalls, routing lists,
etc.)
