Agenda – Alcatel Presentation Discuss Details of Microsoft Security Training Subcommittees Updates - Kiosk – (lead - TAMUG) - Wireless - Implementation (lead - GC). - PR - Lead - UTMB - Community Needs Assessment (Denise Hefner Galveston County Lead) - TIFF Grant Punch List (TAMUG lead) TIFF Grant Punch list are – - Wireless – - Getting TAMUG remote sites up w/ connectivity to Mitchell campus - Creating connectivity between TAMUG and CG (firewalls, routing lists, etc.) - Getting other member remote sites up w/ connectivity to organizations central sites - Getting connectivity between all members (firewalls, routing lists, etc.) - Non Profit - Establish by laws and any other necessary paperwork for non profit status - Transferring property to 501c – In progress
